Get on board with thousands of people around the world as you take on the challenge to move 10,000 steps a day or equivalent for 28 days starting on 3 September. You'll get fitter, sleep better and feel great. Then, turn your steps into dollars by getting friends and family to donate to you, raising funds towards supporting kids and adults with cerebral palsy.
